Postage and Packaging Costs
UK postage is £2.50 Royal Mail first class signed for delivery and will be posted within 3 working days of payment received. I do try and post items the next working day after receiving a payment but cannot guarantee this.
International Royal Mail signed for postage is £5.50 and will be posted within 3 working days of payment received. Postage times will vary. Please contact me for details.
Please be aware that both Royal mail recorded delivery and International signed for delivery will require a signature.
If you have any special requirements please email me so I can arrange it for you.
Returns
Everything I make is handmade and is always checked before it leaves me to go to you.
If however you have any problems with your purchase please let me know within 3 days of receiving your item by email, including your name, address and item ID, and a description of the problem. Since most things on this site are unique, It is unlikely that I can offer a replacement, however I can offer to repair or refund your purchase on return of the problem item. If you do have any problems at all please just contact me and I'll do my best to help.
Payment security
All Teastained Boutique payments are 100% secure. You can use Paypal or I accept payment through: Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro or Solo, whichever is most convenient for you. No bank details are saved within the Teastained Boutique.
