Postage
- £2.50 for amounts up to £74.99
- £7 for purchases between £75 and £149.99
- £10 for purchases above £150
For that postal charge, I will carefully and lovingly package your item and send it first class, with Royal Mail. I obtain proof of postage for all of my items and if you want a copy just let me know.
If you have any special requirements please email me so I can arrange it for you.
Returns
Everything I make is handmade plus hand put-together and is always checked before it leaves me to go to you. If however you have any problems with your purchase please let me know within 3 days of receiving your item by email, including your name, address and item ID, and a description of the problem. Since most things on this site are unique, It is unlikely that I can offer a replacement, however I can offer to repair or refund your purchase on return of the problem item. If you do have any problems at all please just contact me and I'll do my best to help.
